who’s behind bewritethere?
screenwriter and community builder, Van Newman (they/he).
where is it?
we’re located in mid city. addressed is provided upon signing up.
and this is at your house?
yes! my fiance and I host bewritethere out of our apartment.
any house rules?
- we’re a shoes off household.
- we’re a cat household, so please be mindful if you’re allergic.
- we’re a Black, queer and trans household that does not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia or any other sort of discriminatory behavior.
- food is available for purchase. you’re available to bring your own food as well, but please know there will no access to our kitchen to heat or store your own food.
street parking is pretty easy to find. parking details are sent upon purchase of ticket.
will I get a confirmation email?
upon purchase of your ticket(s), you’ll recieve a gcal invite and reminder email one day before the scheduled cafe .
